Uses

Flexy Barrier is a very versatile and cost-effective material. A high-density mat, this flexible material can be used in any situation offering a sound proofing reduction similar to that of a sheet of lead, except it is far superior in terms of versatility, availability, cost and handling. Will increase the density of an area with minimal space loss, increasing the soundproofing performance to the area it is used. Flexy Barrier is suitable for all applications when trying to reduce noise transfer through a wall. Add to plasterboard or hang on stud walls for increased levels of airborne sound reduction. Use to soundproof separating floors, lay over existing floors, or fix behind plasterboard to increase the sound insulation of ceiling.

How to fit BARRIER MAT - this can be used in most applications to increase the performance of wall noise reduction solutions, enclosure noise reduction and other areas that require an additional layer of mass to improve sound insulation. Flexy Barrier can be cut with a sharp knife to form any shape. Attach to plasterboard's with a suitable adhesive or hang onto studs using nails before you fix it.
